Will I be full by the end of the tour?
Over the course of the tour, you will eat enough that most people will be satisfied with a meal.
Should I eat before the tour?
On all our tours, we start tasting almost right away. So, if you must eat before a tour, we recommend having a light snack.
Do you offer a pick-up drop-off service?
No, we do not offer any transportation to or from our tours; the meeting point will be listed in the confirmation email. We are always happy to give you directions.
Are drinks served on the tour?
Drinks are included in the ticket price, and water is also provided at points throughout the tour.
What if I don’t drink alcohol? Will I still enjoy the tour?
Definitely! Simply note that you prefer not to drink alcohol when you book, and we’ll serve you non-alcoholic drinks.
How much walking is there on the Paella Tour?
We have selected locations that are all pretty close to each other. Spread out enough to see the neighborhood and have a little break between each stop. Your guide will tell you about the city's history, monuments, and food evolution. During your experience, you will learn about local culinary history, the current food scene, typical plates, and ingredients.
Do I need to book in advance? Where do you meet?
Yes, you need to book ahead of time. Once we confirm your space, we will email you our exact meeting point for that day.
How do I pay for the tour?
When you book your tour through our secure booking system, you can pay by credit card.
Is your booking system secure?
Yes, we use a secure connection to encrypt your personal data and credit card details.
I’m a solo traveller. Can I book a tour too?
Of course, you can! One of the fantastic things about our tours is the chance to meet other fellow foodies.
Are your tours suitable for kids?
Kids are welcome to our tours. Keep in mind that a fair bit of walking is involved, and the samples may not always be what children are used to. If you have any doubts, just get in touch

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Please inform us if you have food allergies when you purchase your tour, and we will accommodate your needs

Yes, our tours are suitable for vegetarians.
What is the price for children?
Children of all ages are welcome to the tour. Children under 3 are free. Under 14 is reduced

How do I receive my tickets?
Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation with your booking details.
Can I cancel or reschedule my tour?
We allow free cancellations and date changes (pending availability) up to 24 hours before your tour date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date.
What if I’m running late for the tour?
Our tours start on time so the food doesn’t get cold. When you book a tour you will receive an email confirmation from us with the meeting details for that tour. It is essential to be on time (we recommend arriving 15 minutes early) as we are unable to wait for latecomers, and you will not be able to catch up to the group. Late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after a tour’s departure.
What happens if it’s raining?
Grab an umbrella and get ready for some delicious food! Our tours are held rain or shine.
Do the tour guides expect gratuities?
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although never expected nor mandatory. The standard gratuity in the tour industry is 10-15%.
Can I shop during the tour?
Unscheduled stops are discouraged to finish the tour on time and out of respect for other guests. If you’d like to return to any shops or stops for shopping after the tour, please ask your guide for directions.
